The Trade Up! Contextual Leadership Program is a five-week series facilitated by Susan Elliott-Rink.

Contextual Leadership program, facilitated by Susan Elliott-Rink, provides a methodology for helping leaders, professionals, and emerging staff identify and address their blind spots using practical tools and reflection. Individuals often have habitual ways of acting and behaving that can get in the way of their commitments (e.g., well-being, peace of mind, confidence, communication, authentic relationships). Contextual leadership allows organizations to reveal and eliminate any invisible constraints and limitations that are operating in the background of the organizational culture.
Hosting up to 26 attendees, the five-week series will begin at 1 p.m. and end at 4 p.m. on Thursdays - February 2, February 9, February 23, March 2, and March 9 (skip February 16). Check-in will begin at noon on Thursday, February 2. Water and snacks will be provided.
Please select the ticket option to register and confirm your spot. EventBrite allows you to pay via credit card, or you can select the invoice option to pay by check. The cost of the session is $495.00. Tuition concessions are available upon request; contact kristy@ovfv.org with questions before registering for the session.
If you are interested in registering multiple team members from your organization (limited to 6 per organization), you may do so through EventBrite.

In order to get the maximum value from the program, we ask that you clear your calendar for the duration of the program. If you are unable to do so, we recommend that you participate in another program that works for you. If you can't commit at this time, know that there will be another five-week session starting in April, and One Voice for Volusia will plan additional sessions throughout the year.
